Since 2022, when ChatGPT was launched, it reshaped the world’s perception of AI. We’ve witnessed a surge of AI-based companies and startups. They promise groundbreaking products that will transform human life.

I believe AI is already having a transformative effect on our daily routines. It will continue to do so. It’s important to recognize that AI itself is not a product. You won’t hold AI in your hand as a single, tangible object. Instead, AI will integrate into our lives as an enhancing feature within the products we already use.

Take coding, for example. It’s no longer just you writing lines of code—AI assists you within your favorite editor, making the process faster and more efficient. Booking a flight won’t need navigating countless websites; your AI-powered assistant will handle it from your phone. Even the quality of images captured by your smartphone will be elevated through AI algorithms that augment raw data, making the results sharper and more refined.

In manufacturing, autonomous robots are already a reality, and surprisingly, many of them operate without AI. However, the next significant leap in automation will come from augmenting these robots with AI features that boost speed, accuracy, and efficiency in performing manual tasks. AI will enable robots to adapt, learn, and make real-time decisions, pushing automation beyond pre-programmed routines into smarter, more flexible systems.

The key distinction here is that AI won’t be sold as a standalone product; it will act as a powerful feature that permeates other technologies. Your devices and software will still be recognizable, but they’ll become smarter, more capable, and more intuitive, thanks to the integration of AI features. The real impact of AI will be in how these features simplify everyday tasks and improve efficiency—handling the repetitive, mundane tasks, allowing us to focus on what truly matters.

AI isn’t about replacing the tools we use but enhancing them—quietly working in the background to make life easier, faster, and more effective
